Archeon Museum Park

About

Archeon is an archeological living museum in Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands. It opened in 1994. The museum features various historical periods of Dutch history via Historical reenactments. Among the periods portrayed are the Stone Age, the Roman times and the Medieval period. A nice place to take your kids for a day. And perhaps even quite interesting to do as an adult just to go for something entirely different. Dogs are welcome at the park, but you have to buy a special ticket.
